Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms include:

• Deposit required at time of booking
• Full payment due 30 days before trip departure
• Cancellation fees may apply based on timing
• Refunds processed according to our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees:

• 60+ days before departure: 10% fee
• 30-59 days before departure: 25% fee
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% fee
• Less than 15 days: 100% fee (no refund)
